If not properly treated, it will show through the paint and cause paint to eventually chip off.We start with a special mildew-killing solution and then power wash everything to be sure all loose paint and dirt is removed, and all mildew and mold is gone. Then we caulk all cracks, scrape loose paint, and patch or repair areas that need it. We then apply one or two coats of top quality paint or stain and clean up everything when finished.
